Inspiration to me is basically finding the good in life and wanting to do good, finding hope and giving it to others. So many people in TIG have truly and significantly made an impact on my life, and TIG as a forum has really made it happen in my life, at times our expectations seems to be cut off due to the environment that we come from, but God in His infinite mercies doesn't allow it to happen. In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with.
